In 1966, I started training to be a orthopaedic nurse. which i did enjoy. But gave it all up due to the fact that i got too upset seeing people suffer. Then turned to cheffing later in life as food was my passion and still is.

I have been married for 36yrs to mike and we have two children, boy and girl who are now 33yrs and 31yrs

Have done all sorts of craft in years gone by, sewing-knitting etc, but all done out of neccessity rather than choice. I happened onto card making when i became dissabled and it has changed my life from boring to interesting. My passion is food and always has been, i love experimenting with recipes and creating my own dishes. O/H never likes taking me out for a meal as i am told that i am far to critical of what is put in front of me
